| A LIVE FLOORS® conveyor is a hydraulically-powered system which uses a series of moving slats to quickly move material across its surface. The design of the slats including length, width and thickness depends upon the application. A two-way, variable speed hydraulic module moves the floor and allows for controlled loading, unloading and precision metering. The size of the Hallco hydraulic module again depends upon the application.
In a Live Floors conveyor, deck slats move together taking the load with them. They then return to their starting position, with every third slat moving in unison. The stationary slats hold the load in place until the next cycle begins. |
