Originally invented for the agricultural industry, they are constructed of either steel or aluminum deck slats, and are powered by dependable and variable speed hydraulics.

Trailers installed with Live Floors are efficient self-unloaders, capable of carrying maximum payload. In bunkers or bins, Live Floors store, meter and move material at controlled rates and consistent flow, and are compatible with chain or belt conveyors.

Solutions for trailers

Live Floor installed in trailer. Live Floor equipped trailers can streamline distribution between field, farm and mill; improving scheduling and hauling flexibility. Bulk materials can be loaded on and off automatically. Trailers no longer require a tipper and there is no need for a receiving hopper. When a standard trailer has a Live Floor installed, it can be unloaded just about anywhere. Indoors or out, in small spaces or large.

Live Floors install quickly and smoothly into virtually any trailer, new or used. By working in advance with trailer manufacturers and our wide range of standard components, we assure a custom fit. Decking is available in lengths up to 53' for both 96" and 102" trailers. Snap-on slats and single-unit construction add up to fast installation and easy replacement.
Solutions for stationary Bunkers & bins

Live Floor installed in stationary bunker and bin.Bunkers or bins equipped with rugged Live Floor conveyors are capable of storing, metering and moving high volumes of agricultural products including grains, seed, corn and cotton. More efficient than other types of conveying systems, Live Floors slide smoothly back and forth to automatically unload material. Power requirements are minimal: a 30 horsepower motor can move tons of material on a continuous flow basis. Breakdowns are rare because there are no gears, belts, chains or rollers. The floors require less overall maintenance, and have also been described as safer.

Live Floors have been successfully installed in trailers, stationary bunkers and bins handling — but not limited to — such materials as cotton, cottonseed & cottonseed hulls; rice hulls & milled rice products; seed corn, corn husks & ears; pulp; fiber; grains; cannery & mill wastes; beet pulp; nut shells; beans, onions & carrots; potatoes; seed; silage; renderings; fertilizer; manure and peat.
